This Age Restriction & Eligibility Agreement ("Agreement") forms part of the Terms of Service of Velvet Night and applies to all users of the App. By accessing or using Velvet Night, you confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out below.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher) to create an account, access, or use the App.

Velvet Night does not knowingly allow minors to access the App. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has accessed the App, they should contact us immediately at velvetnightapp@gmail.com so that we can take appropriate action, including deletion of any related data.

Any account found to be operated by or accessible to a person under 18 will be suspended or permanently terminated without notice and without refund.
In some countries and regions, the legal age for accessing adult content may be higher than 18, or additional restrictions may apply.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the laws of your country of residence. If local law prohibits you from accessing this type of content, you must not use the App.
We may restrict or block access to the App in certain jurisdictions where the content is restricted or prohibited by law.
If we discover or reasonably believe that you have violated this Age Restriction & Eligibility Agreement, we may take any of the following actions:
No refunds will be issued in cases where an account is terminated due to age-related violations.
We may update this Age Restriction & Eligibility Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
